Compensation is performance-based (commission), and agents are responsible for their own licensing and business expenses unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services and training on an "as-is" basis.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from your use of our services.

While we provide tools for success, we do not guarantee specific income levels or sales results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
